There is an ominous movement on the part of Irotb Russia and Austria.. '.These nations are suspicious of each other, and are fearful lest the granting of concessions to Servia will produce commercial advantages or disadvantages. Whether "diplomacy will triumph, and a rupture between the two great: Powers be averted, jeemains io be seen. "The situation is intensely acute, and only mutual forbearance and the influence of other great nations will prevent a world-wide calamity.
