SYDNEY, November 22
The position in regard to the threatened gas sbriko has not altered. The ballot papers are locked in a secret place.
The Gars Employees' Council met, but refused to divulge what occurred at tlio meeting. lifferring to the Gas Bill, about which the Assembly and the Legislative Council do not agree, the secrotary declares that the Union i\s no longer interested in the fate of the J'ill. "All our trouble," he says, "is how to get an extra shilling a day."
