CHURCH UNION. SPEECH BY PRESIDENT. LONDON, November 21. The Archbishop of Canterbury, addressing the Upper House Convocation commended minoritvs report in the Divorce Bill. Referring to the Divorce Commission, lie said it was the positive duty of the Church to protect the morality of the. State, by the abolition of divorce.
