ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, a 9.30 on the evening of the first day's 'races. PENALTIES. FLAT RACES.—The winner of any flat race (after declaration- of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty and! for ©very additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
