AFFAIRS IN MEXICO.
SUPPRESSING THE REVOLUTION
(Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock.) MEXICO CITY, Nov. 18. The Government is carrying out its threats to suppress a recrudescence of tho revolution. The War Department announces the total destruction of several email towns in Northern Mexico. The troops have restored order in four affected States.
