STEPNIAK (irirTci PETER PAN) was a first-class performer in New Zealand, and a winner of a number of olaesio events at two and three years. At four year'g old he raced in Australia, being beaten by a head in the Graven Plate by the New Zealand oolt Loyalty. Stepniak is by Nordenfeldt (aire of Sfcrathmore, Naliueki, Meganser, Orackehot amd other good performers) out of Steppe (imp. 1 ) a great producer of winners, including Russeley (Doncaster Handicap), Mahaki (Wellington Chip), Stepfeldt (Greata Northern Derby, and dam of many crack racers).
