WETGHTS for all races on second day of Meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first dav's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, a 9.30 on tho evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. FLAT RACES.—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped i;nder Bst 10Tb) to carry 101b penaltv and for every additional ra«e 61b extra. Tf handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
