MASTERTON CLUB. SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP. Tho final, ployed over 30 holes, between Messrs V. E. Donald and A. B. Lawrence, was won.by the latter by 7 up and 5 to play. The winner played very steadily throughout, and was 2 up at the ISth, eventually winning at the 31st hole. CLOSING DAY. The season was brought to a close on Saturday afternoon when members were hospitably entertained by the president (Mr H. G. Williams) and his wife. During the afternoon various competitions were held, and the trophies won during the season were presented. A mixed foursome medal handicap was played over 12 holes, Mr V. r . 11. and Mrs Bobieson being the winners. The following were the best, cards: Mr W. F. and Mrs Bobieson (14) 54; Mr H. W.
