13Y NEW SOUTH WALES WATER BOARD. (Received List Night, 11.-10 o'clock.) SYDNEY, November L 3. The lion A. Griffiths, Minister for Public- Works, is making financial arrangements with the Water Board, so that the majority of 1000 men, who wore threatened with dismissal will be retained.
