IMMENSE PARADE IX NEW YORK. EVERY NATION REPRESENTED. (Received November 11, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK,, November 10. Fifteen thousand women psraded in a celebration in aid of the .suffrage cause in addition to those fro hi four other States. The procession was preceded by women's bands, and banners and (lags were carried. Women trumpeters in white robes headed tho State delegations. Every nationality, including China and Japan, wore represented. MR BURNS'S MEETING DISTURBED. (Received November 11, 9.10 a.m.)

LONDON, November 10. There were violent scenes at a meeting addressed by Mr John Burns (President of the Local Government Board) at Battersea. Half n dozen suffragettes were carried off fighting and struggling, a large band of stewards acting as "clmckera-out."
