THE Y.M.C.A.

There is a debt of £SOO hanging over the Mastertoti branch of the Y.M.C.A. How it got there is no business of ours. The local Board of Managers have been carrying tbo'burden for some time, and Tor the credit of the town a.nd district they should be relieved of that burden. The point for decision is whether the institution is serving a useful purpose. If it is not, it should go into liquidation. If it is, then it should be supported. in a proper manner.
