(Received November 2. 1.21 p.nO VANCOUVER, November L It is reported that it is the intention of the British India Steam Navigation Company to establish a Cal-cutta-Vancouver service. This is likely to originate an immigration problem in an acute form. HinJns will presently be barred by British Columbia law excluding them unI«ES they come direct without translrpmont. If the service is established Hindus will be able to comply witfe the law, and thus flood Canada with Hindu labour.
