BUSH FATALITY.

(By TdeQraph—Pres* Association.) BAXXEYIRKE, Vast Right. -" A young Victorian, named. 'Neil McKay, 24 years of age, met" with an accident while bushfalling at Ruaroa on Friday, and died in tho Dannevirke Hospital yesterday. A sapling he was working on fell and dis- , lodged the old limb of a tree which had been hang up in' the' triangles. This struck the ground] and bounded towards McKay, who put out his axrt head to protect himself. The tree drove the axe handle into McKay's stomach, inflicting injuries to the abdomen from which he died, no operation being performed owing to hi« condition. The jury at the inquist returned a. verditof accidental death, no blame being attachable to anybody. The parents of deceased live in Victoria.
