NEW ZEALAND'S FOR£C£3T« (By T*!«gr#pb—Pr«a A«pociaticu.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological Offioe, this evening issued the following report.— The barometer has fallen considerably in the south. The winds luive been variable with westerly breezes predominating. Fair to mild and cloudy weather has prevailed. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, with a freshening northerly and westerly winds, squally and strong to Rale at times, about Cook and Foveaux Strait, and increasing cloudiness, with rain following in most parts of tho country.
