Tiie barometer has fallen slightly. Present indications tire for moderate and \Pliable winds, but with westerly breezes predominating, and increasing everywhere. Expect mild and changeable weather with increasing haze and cloudiness and rain in parts. The barometer is unsteady with a falling tendency, and n westerlf storm aiva will probably follow in about 3(3 hours.
