TIM ABU, Last Night. The Timaru A. and P. Show opened to-day in good weather, with tlio judging of sheep and some of the horses. The sheep arc shown in good numbers, b.ut with little competition in any of the breeding classes. The fanners' fat lines are in very good condition. This season's lambs are very well grown, suggesting a goo<! season for the freezing works.
