TIMARU. Last Night. Mr J. F. .Scott, an officer of the tj.s. Breeze, states that the fears of the death of "Pelorus Jack" may be set aside, for on the 24th inst Jack p'ayod about the bows of the Breeze for a couple of hours when on the run from Pictori to Wanganui.
