(Received This Morning, 12.20 o'clock.) LONDON, October 30. Miss Evans, the suffragette, who was arrested for failing to report lierse'f to the police, told the Bench that however often she was arrested, she would never comply with the regulations.
The Government is attempting to treat her as a ticket-of-leavo convict.
