QUESTION OF DISESTABLIBHj MENT. Owing to a report that the Minister for Education had suggested that he had do authority to disestablish district .high schools, Mr H. C. Robinson wrote tlirough Mr G. R. Sykes, M.P., asking the Minister what his actual opinion was upon the matter. The following correspondence, which finally clears this matter up, was handed in to the Agricultural High School Establishment- Com mitten at its meeting on Saturday. Wellington, October 11, 1912.
