NEW ZEALAND'S FORECAST, (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Tl),) winds changed from westerly to southerly in most parts of the country on Sunday morning, and tlio barometer has risen since in all parts of the Donunion. Changeable weather, with heavy showers, has been experienced, but with considerable improvement to-day. Present indications are for merle rate to strong westerly winds, with a southerly tendency, and fair to cloudy weather generally; but squalls and changeable conditions artprobable about Foveaux Strait. The barometer has a rising tendency everywhere, but is unsteady in the. southern districts.
