FIGHTING AT PREPALATZ.

A telegram from Uskub states that the Tnrka attacked the Servians at Pre.palatz, thirty-five miles south-cast of Novi Bazar, and captured a blockhouse, and other position:;, nho arms, aarnvriitwi, a;>d provioons. :l i:d that the Servians then retired.
