DESTRUCTION AT MANILA. i FOUR HUNDRED LIVES LOST. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) MANILA, October 19. A typhoon has wrecked four hundreds houses at Cebu and two thousand at Leyti. The hemp, sugar and cocoamit crops have been destroyed. The damage is estimated at 25,00,000 dollars. Four hundred persons were killed.
