FOREIGN' SUPPLY NECESSARY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 20. Sir George R«id, the Commonwealth High Commissioner, has cabled to the Intelligence Department, complaining of the shortage of Australian tinned meat for the troops. It will soon bo necessary to apply to outside powers, if supplies continue to he unavailable. •
