Tho Servians, with artillery, repulsed an A.mailt (Albanian) attack on Pryepolye, on tlio River Lim, -15 miles west-north-west of Novi Bazar, killing 200. The losses of the Serviars are unknown. King Peter of Servia has started for the Servian headquarters at N"-~h. CONSTANTINOPLE, October 17. Hostilities have begun on the Bulgarian and Sorvian frontiers.
