ALLEGED MASSACRE OF INHABITANTS
(Roceived List Night, 11.25 o'clock.) ■} PODGORITZA, October 15. Some of the wounded in the re,cont engagements have suffered fearful injuries, alleged to be caused by the Turks loading their howitzers with brozon glass, stones and iron. The Montenegrins prepared to mako an assault upon Tuzi under the cover of the artillery, when a Turkish officer, with a white flag, consented to an unconditional surrender. The garrison consists of six battalions of Nisam, or regular troops. The prisoners were sent to•- Podgoritza. The spoils include five guns (which ! have been hadly damaged by the Montenegrin fire), eight machine- j guns, seven thousand mausers, many I horses, and eight hundred tents.
