NEW ZEALAND'S FORcCAST. j (By Telegraph—Press Association.) j WELLINGTON, Last Night. j The lie v. U. C. Bates, ot the ]Vi.eteorologieal O&ee, tins evening l&sued the following report:— Tho winds changed to soutiierly on Saturday in most parts of tho country, 'and unsettled and squally weather with heavy showers prevailed, but an improvement took place on Sunday. Tho barometer has fallen in tho sc.uth to-day, and westerly winds, .strong to gale, are now reported. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain in most parts of the country. AN inds will probably back to northerly and increase in the north, and westerlies in the south will probahiy veer by south to south-easterly in southern districts, and prove strong and variable generally. The barometer will probably fall considerably in the north and be unsteady in the south.
