.vrsRIYAL OF MANAGER. [By Telegraph—rress Af&uciation.) INVERCARGILL, Last Night. Captain McTaggart, advance manager for the Canadian Cadets, arrived at the Bluff to-day. He said that the bov« had had a particularly good time wherever "they had been, particularly in Western Australia. There was no evidence of the hoys being disappointed at any place in Australia. They were treated, right royally everywhere. They are in good health, and are looking forward to games of Rugby in New Zealand.
