NOTICE is herein' given that, at" a special mooting of the Mas-terto-n County Council held on the 18th day of September, 1912, it was resolved (by way of special ardor) that the said Council make a By-law under "The Counties Act, 1908," "The Public Works Act, 1908," and the various Acts amending the same; and all other A'is and Powers whatsoever enabling it J ' that behalf, the object- and purport- f which Bylaw are as follows: To repeal "The Ma&terton County Traffic Bylaw 1906" and any amendments thereof, and to re-enact the .same, with certain minor alterations, for the purpose of bringing the Bylaw under the operation of "The Bvlaws Act). 1910." Tlie said' resolution w.'.L bo submitted for confirmation at a special mooting of the Council, to be held at the Countv Office, Mastorton. on the 23rd day'of OCTOBER, 1912, at 2 p.m.. A copy of the proposed special order and Bylaw is deposited at the County Office, Masterton, where the ; same will be open for inspection- during office hours until the said confirming meeting is held.
