' Mr J. P. Robertson, M.P., has given notice to .r.sk the Government what legislation it is proposed to introduce this session for the purpose of 'giving labour a square deal? What legislation (Toes .Mr Robertson desire? Does not the. Land Bill'give Labour a square deal ? Does not the Public Service Bill provide labour with a square deal? Is not the whole of the legislation framed with the idea of ameliorating the condition of the people as a whole. What more does Mr 'Robertson want ? Does ho desire a 'Bill to compel the clouds to shower golden sovereigns into the back yard of every working man in the community? Or is he anxious for legislation which will induce labouring men to give a .square de.d to their employers?
