Messrs Dalgety and Co.f Ltd., Wellington, have received cabled advice from their London office dated the 2nd October, reading a.s follows: — "Wool —The sales continue firm with an upward tendency except scoured crossbred, for which prices are barely maintained. Tallow —Mutton tallow, prices unchanged ; for other descriptions prices aye irregul.tr at times being par to 6d higher. High tit res are most in demand."
