SIR GEORGE'S REID'S OPINION. ("Received Last Night, 10.-10 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, October h. Sir George Keid, High Commissioner of the Australian Commonwealth, in an interview, stated that Britain would not grudge the United States any recompense it obtained from the Panama Canal. The Americans, 'however, should observe Treaty rights when pledged to them.
