SUGAR COMMISSION
AX INJCXCTIO.N CHANTED. (Received Last Night, 10.40 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, October 4. _ The High Court in*its decision in respect to the Sugar Companies application, cabled on September 25th, holds that the Royal Commission Act is valid, but by a majority it grants an injunction against the Sugar Commission asking irrelevant questions relating to the internal affairs of the Colonial Sugar Company or its transactions or investments outside the Commonwealth. Justices Isaacs and Higgins dissented from this decision.
