NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special meeting of the Mastertou Comity Council held on the 18th day ol' September, 1912, it wac> resolved (by way of special order) that the said Council make a By-law under "The Counties . Act, 1908," •'The Public Works Act. 1908," and the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts ;:nd .Powers whatsoever enabling it in that behalf., the object and purport of which Bylaw are as follows: — To repeal "The County Traffic Bylaw 1906" and any amendments thereof, and to re-enact the ■panic, with • certain minor alterations, for t-lu> purpose of bringing the Bylaw under the operation of "Tin; Bvlaws Act'. 1910."
