The occupants when passing tW crowd sang "Rule Britannia." When the workers who live at the* Central Hotel were arriving in the conveyance, a number of hostilo women who were waiting there indulged in srro:m<3 and hoots. Suddenly two women—n red federn+ioTiisf ~r, f ] a loyalist—attacked efvjh other with their umbrellas. TW frav was a bitter and fierce one whi!«* it lasted. The husband of one appeared on the scene, and with the assistance of tho police, the combatants were separated. This was the only incident of violenoe during the dav. It is expected that more men will resume to-morrow. The extra men who went, on to-dp-r *;umbo-~d twelve, and they cam« from Waikino.
