BOATS COLLIDE
TWENTY LIVES LOST,
(Received Last Night. 9.15 o'clock.) BUCHAREST, October 2. In addition to iho eight officers who were drowned on the Danube, through a boat collision, twelve soldiers also perished. The collision was due to neither boat carrying lights.
