PRESENT FROM BOY SCOUTS. (Bn Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Colonel C-ossgrove yesterday received a, cable message from London informing him that the Boy Scout Council has decided to make a voluntary levy of one penny from each willyig scout in order to purchase a suitable wedding present fori General Baden-Powell. Subscription lists ,ull bo closed on January 15th, and commissioners in all New Zealand provinces have been instructed to forward contributions to Colonel Cossgrove at Tuahiwi, not later than November 30th.
