MacCorquodale applied to transfer section 1, Upper Malum, V.S., 10 acres 3 roods 15 perohes, to O. T. Gardner.—Postponed for ranffor's report. S. Lavvry applied to transfer section 56, bile VIII., Mangahao, 13 acres 0 roods 38 perches, to Francis Henderson.—Resolved to approve provided the transferee is divested of leases, j tho transfer of which have heen approved by the Board and only await registration.

Tho application of S. Goodwin to siiblot to E. M. Field section 7, bit 11., Mangahao, for seven years at an annual rental of £BO 4s, was reconsidered. —.Declined.
James Quinn applied to subdivide and transfer lot 22 of section 7, bit VIII., 'Mangahao, 2 acres 0 roods 7 perches, to Mr F. Coffey, the previous transfer to F. 0. Allen having been withdrawn.—Resolved to approve provided forty years' rent i? paid in advance.
Reports and valuations were received from tho Crown Lands rangers as to the leases of Education Reserves ■which expire on December 31st, 1012.
H was resolved to offer the lessees renewals in terms of section 2, subsection 5, of the Education reserves Amendment Act, 1910, at the following annual rentals: —W. Taggart, section 4, blk XVIII., Mangahao, £6 os; E. Petersen, section 47, blk IV., Mangahao, £1 10s; Rev J. J. Legarth, section 38, blk XIV.., Mangaone. '£2 ss; A. Dunstal, section 04, Newman, £2; F.
