FOREIGNER RUNS AMOK
SHOOTS TWO WOMEN. I (Received September 28, 10.15 a.m.) ! LONDON, September 27. A foreigner residing at an hotel in Tottenham Court .Road ran amok, and ihot two barmaids, one dead. He then rushed into the street, and wounded three pursuers, one seriously. ' LATEX?, DETAILS. THREE OTHERS SHOT. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, September 28. ' Tho man who ran amok at Tottenham was named Stephen Titus. Ho was apparently armed,, and a man oi means. Seeing a. barmaid speaking to some men, Titus commenced an altercation. He shot tho manageress of the hotel fiead, and seriously wounded the barmaid. He re-loaded his revolver in the street, and held Liu* crowd at bay. Ho shot a newsboy and two other persons before beiitg captured after a ■ bevero struggle.
