WAIRARAPA P. & A. SOCIETY
ANNUAL HORSE PARADE. The postponed annual horse parade in connection with the Wairarapa and East Coast P. and A. Society was held on the Carterton Showgrounds on Saturday under conditions which, though an improvement on the previous Saturday, were still unfavourable. There was a representative gathering of farmers, and a very fair show of stud horses. Mr Frank Evans very generously explained the pedigree of tho various animals on parade. The horses shown were as follows: —Peter Piin, Young Kaliphi, Minting, Agesemos, Jay Beldon, Scottish Knight, Dalmuh\ Brilliant Boy, Harrow and :i three-yea r-okl-colt. The pedigree of most of these horses will be found in our advertising columns.
