HOME RULE.

The Home Rule conflict is becoming exciting. The fight has only just commenced. Ulster is being inflamed, and party politicians are making the most of the situation, as they always do. There appears to be no power on earth that can prevent the Home Rule Bill passing through the Houso of Commons. But such a Bill haa passed the Commons before, and still been blocked by the Lords. There is every indication that history will repeat itself. 'The Lords, however, can only resist the measure for two years, and the Commons may then place it on the Statute Book in defiance of the second Chamber. But will the present Government bo able to carry on for another two years? That is the question.
