TO-DAY'S WEATHER
NEW ZEA LANDS FORECAST (By Telegraph —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report:— < The winds changed to northerly early on Friday morning; in most parts of tho country, and have increased in. force. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Misty and cloudy weather is reported generally, with rain in many parts of the Dominion. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally, heavy on the East Coast cf tho South Island, and snow on tho higher levels. The barometer will fall i a little lower, but is duo to rise everywhere soon. High westerly wnds veering to southely northward of Cook Strait, and easterly, backing to southerly elsewhere shortly with colder weather following.
