ENGLISH WOOL SALES. Messrs Dalgety and Company ; Lt<L v Wellington, have received the follouv ing cablegram.from their Adelaide office, under dato September 19th: —At the wool sales there was a large attendance of buyers and competition was. animated. The total offering amounted to 21,000 bales, of which we offered 3400 bales—practically ail lots Ave re sold. The hulk of the offerings ww secured by Continental buyers, at an advanco of 7-J to 10 per cent, as compared with the opening rates of last season's sales.
