The Merriwe© golding will probably not race until the Masterton meeting. Some veiy smart sprinters .ire engaged in the Stewards' Hack Handicap at Otaki. Semaphore, who won a race at Tan herenikau hist Easter, is said to lit going exceptionally veil. The Signalman mare is expected to race we!! at Otaki.
