Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd.. report: At cur Palmerston North sale on Thursday we offered a small yarding of sheep, and a fair yarding of cattle. Bidding was brisk, and we o.uote: Empty forward, ewes llfi Id, fat' owes 16s Id, fat wethers 20s to 225, hoggets (medium) 12s Id, empty cows £4, storo cows £4 Bs, prime fat cows £8 ss, cows with calves £3 10s to £3 15s. springing cows £7 10s, springing heifers £5 7s 6d to £6 10s, 2-year heifers £3 16s 6d.
