Comity Council held on the 18th day of September, 1912, it wa«, resolved' '<by way of" special order) that tlie said Council make a By-law under "The Counties Act, 1«908, : ' "The Public Works Act, 1908," and th* various Arts amending the same, amd all other Acts and Powers whatsoever enabling it* in that behalf, the object and purport of which Bylaw are as follows: To .repeal "The Masterton Couuty Traffic Bylaw I$G6" and any amendments thereof, and to re-enact the same, with certain, minor alterations, for the purpose of bringing the Bylaw under the operation, of "The Bylaws Act.. 1910." The said resolution wiV be «übmit•ted for • confirmation at » special meeting of the Council, to be held at the County Office, Masterton, on the 23rd day 'of OCTOBER, 1912, at 2 p.m.. A copy of the proposed order and Bylaw is deposited at the County Office, Masterton. where the same will be open for inspection during office hours until the said conftrmino- meeting is held.
