C„ Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report:— • The barometer rose during the night but is now falling everywhere, with iticreaftiiig cloudiness in all parts of the country. "Northerly winds from strong to gale are reported this afternoon, but strong westerlies have predominated. . Present indications are for misty and tloudy weather, with rain following in all parts of the country, wiifh northerly, and easterly wind'? from strnnc. to gale and a falling leucine tor everywhere.
