UNIVERSAL DEMONSTRATION SEIUOUS RIOTING. (Received Last Night 11.10 o'clock.) iU'DAPFSTH, September 19. There havo been further universal Suffragette demonstrations. There was much rioting, and 200 persons were injured, twenty-four seriously. Eighty arrests were made. The mob stopped the trams and bunie-d the carriages, and stoned the police.
