A man named Parsons, carrying a can of milk to a church celebration at Waituna at Gj&Q to-night on his bicycle, was run into by a motor cur owned by Mr T. Short, and driven ;n a chauffeur. It is stated that in neither castwere there lights. Pearson was badly injured, and was brought to Palmerston Hospit.il. His recovery i& doubtful.
