COMMENT:' ON AUSTRALIAN TOUR. (Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, September 17. The Right Hon. James Bryce, British Ambassador at Washington, in an interview, refused to comment on the Panama Canal question. He paid that the people cf New Zealand and Australia showed a. cordial'.feeling of good will towards the United States and were extremely desirous to further business relations. Pie acknowledged the warmth of his reception everywhere en his Australasian tour.
