TURBINE BURSTS
ONE MAN KILLED. (Received. Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) OTTAWA, September 15. Tho water turbine at the Shavviiiigan Falls power plant burst. One employee was killed and nine seriously injured. The building was flooded by ten feet of water.
